Under Alumni Category, if the father and mother is an alumni, 05 points each will be given and if both are alumni 10 points will be given




Children with Special Needs (Autism, ADHD, Physically Challenged, Learning Disability, Speech Defect etc )



‘Special Needs’ is an umbrella underneath which a staggering array of diagnoses can be wedged.


Medical Issues  :   Parents of children diagnosed with heart defects, muscular dystrophy, chronic conditions like asthama, diabetes, visual impairment and hearing impairment are required to very specifically mention in the admission form.


Behaviour Issues :With diagnoses like ADHD, parents are to register under special needs.


Developmental disabilities : Autism and Speech Disorder are also to be registered under Special Needs.


Other learning disability issues and Mental Health issues, if any concerning your ward are to be brought to the notice of school authority at the time of admission.


Under school specific parameters which the school will decide, 20 points will be given.

E. Essential Documents

Following supporting documents duly attested, are to be submitted at the time of admission :

  • Attested Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Relevant authenticate certificate ( Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS ).
  • Medical Certificate of the Child (for children with special needs).
  • Attested passing out certificate of Father/Mother
    ( School, Graduation & Post Graduation )
  • Proof for Sibling ( Wherever applicable ).
  • Proof for Alumni ( Wherever applicable ).
  • Vaccination Card duly stamped by qualified pediatric.
  • Proof of any other criteria that the school may decide for the allocation of 20 points under
    school specific parameters.

F. Withdrawals after Admission

If any parent or guardian, after depositing the full fee for admission of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission, then the school shall retain Registration Charges, Admission Fee and Tuition Fee for one month only, and shall refund the rest. In case, any fee collected from the parent (s) or guardian of a child, whose admission is cancelled subsequently due to non submission of original documents for verification by the due date, or if any information or document submitted prove to be false or wrong, the entire fee except registration amount will be refunded.

G. Admission Methodology

  • Candidates will be ranked on the basis of points scored.
  • Draw of lots will be held if the number of candidates with identical points is in excess of available vacancies.
  • A waiting list of minimum 70 will be prepared on the basis of ranking.
  • Owing to an overwhelming response of application forms received (approx. 1800) towards Mont Admissions (2014-15), the Draw of lots, if need be, will now be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 September, 2013 (Tuesday).   Confirmation for the same will be communicated latest by 21 Sept 2013 (After 05.00 p.m.) through School Website/Notice Board
  • The School shall display its Admission List on the website, as well as on the School Notice Board on 24 Sept 2013 between four and five p.m.
  • The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
